Rules & Access

  • Access to the WET® area and AWAY Spa requires prior reservation for hotel guests.
  • Spa opening hours: 8:00 – 20:00, daily.
  • The spa and wellness areas are for guests aged 14 and above; children under 14 are allowed only between 8:00 – 11:00 a.m., and only if staying at the hotel.
  • The spa is a quiet zone – use of phones, cameras, or loud conversation is not allowed.
  • Swimwear is required in all wet areas. Guests should shower before entering and wear flip-flops
    • inside the spa area.
